High-Capacity Axles: We utilize 5/16" (8mm) solid steel axles that run completely through the width of the conveyor, ensuring the frame does not bow or twist under heavy carton loads.

Ergonomic Height Adjustment: Telescopic legs feature easy-grip knobs, allowing operators to quickly adjust the height from 28" to 44" (710mm to 1110mm). This creates the perfect downward slope for gravity feeding.

Quick-Connect Drop Hooks: Standard heavy-duty steel hooks on the ends allow you to instantly latch two or more conveyors together to create long, continuous sorting lines across your facility.

Q: Should I choose Zinc-plated or PU skatewheels for my warehouse loading/unloading conveyor?
A: If you are handling abrasive items, heavy metal parts, or wooden crates, zinc-plated skatewheels provide the highest impact and wear resistance. If you handle standard corrugated boxes and want to significantly reduce warehouse noise while preventing carton slippage on steep drops, PU (Polyurethane) skatewheels are highly recommended.

Q: Will irregular items or soft polybags work on heavy-duty skate wheels?
A: No. Skatewheel conveyors require items to have a firm, flat bottom (like cardboard boxes or plastic totes). Soft polybags or envelopes will sag between the wheels and jam. For flexible packaging, we strongly recommend our Motor-Driven Roller (MDR) or Belt Conveyors.

Q: Can I connect this to the end of a motorized conveyor line?
A: Absolutely. This is its most common application. It frequently serves as the "tail end" of a powered sorting system, acting as an active warehouse loading/unloading conveyor that extends directly into the back of a semi-truck so workers can easily and ergonomically stack outbound cartons.
