Why AstraRoll
Machined, Not Assembled
The shell is CNC ground to TIR ≤0.005mm and Ra ≤0.02μm. Induction coils are integrated into the shell profile. Hard chrome is plated and finished after plating to maintain concentricity under thermal expansion. Deep-hole boring, cylindrical grinding, balancing, and plating are performed in-house. We hold specified tolerances or state they cannot be held.
