Custom Stainless Steel Mesh Belt Conveyor System

Product Overview:
When your production process involves extreme heat, sub-zero freezing, or continuous submersion in water and oil, standard PVC or PU conveyor belts will instantly melt, crack, or fail. The AstraRoll Custom Stainless Steel Mesh Belt Conveyor is engineered to survive environments where other materials cannot. Built entirely from premium SUS304, 316, or specialized high-heat alloys, our wire mesh systems allow for maximum airflow and liquid drainage. This makes them the ultimate solution for industrial baking ovens, deep-frying lines, rapid cooling tunnels, and high-pressure vegetable washing lines. To eliminate the tracking and slipping issues common in older friction-drive mesh belts, AstraRoll equips our conveyors with positive chain-driven edges and precision CNC-machined sprockets. As a direct OEM manufacturer, we custom-engineer the mesh density, width, and conveying speed to perfectly match your thermal or washing requirements.

The AstraRoll Technical Advantage: Forged for the Extremes
Plastic and rubber conveyors have narrow operating windows. We design our stainless mesh systems to conquer the most aggressive manufacturing environments:
Extreme Thermal Shock Resistance: Our mesh belts can seamlessly transition from a -50°C IQF freezing tunnel directly into a high-temperature ambient environment without becoming brittle. For industrial baking and heat treatment, our specialized alloy belts withstand continuous exposure to temperatures exceeding 600°C without warping.
Maximum Permeability for Air & Liquid: The open area of the wire mesh can be customized from incredibly tight (for small nuts/seeds) to highly open. This open structure allows hot air to circulate perfectly around baked goods or allows water and frying oil to drain instantly away from the product, ensuring zero pooling.
Positive Chain-Drive Tracking: A massive problem with raw wire mesh belts is "wandering" or tracking off the rollers. AstraRoll welds heavy-duty roller chains to the outer edges of the mesh. Driven by precision sprockets, this guarantees the belt tracks perfectly straight, 100% of the time, even under heavy loads.
Hygienic & Easy to Clean: Stainless steel is naturally anti-microbial and non-porous. Our open-frame designs allow your sanitation team to use high-pressure steam, caustic chemicals, and hot water to blast away grease, dough, or debris directly through the mesh belt.

Why Choose AstraRoll? (Your Thermal Processing Partner)
1. End-to-End System Integration
We don't just sell the wire belt; we build the entire automated machine. Whether you need a horizontal cooling line, a steep incline drainer with welded cleats, or a multi-tier freezing spiral, our engineers will design the stainless frame, drive sprockets, and tensioning systems to work as a flawless turnkey unit.
2. Direct Factory Pricing for Food & Heavy Industry
Custom high-temperature conveyors are often subject to huge markups from specialized bakery or furnace integrators. By working directly with the AstraRoll manufacturing facility, you cut out the middleman, securing elite, custom-engineered thermal processing lines at aggressive B2B pricing.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: Will the wire mesh leave marks on my soft food products?
A: It depends on the weave. For soft dough or delicate chocolates, we utilize a very tightly woven "Balanced Weave" or "Flat Flex" belt that provides a smooth, flat supporting surface to minimize any grid-marking on the bottom of the product.
Q: How do we tension a stainless steel mesh belt over time?
A: While stainless steel stretches much less than rubber, thermal expansion does occur at high temperatures. Our conveyors are equipped with adjustable take-up bearing blocks (either manual screw-type or automatic pneumatic/gravity tensioners) at the tail end to maintain perfect belt tension as the metal expands and contracts.
Q: Can this conveyor be used for an incline (going uphill)?
A: Yes. However, because wire mesh is slippery, products may slide back on steep inclines. To prevent this, we custom-weld stainless steel cross-flights (cleats) and side-guards directly onto the mesh to capture and elevate the material safely.
Q: Is 304 Stainless Steel enough, or do I need 316?
A: For most food processing, baking, and general washing, SUS304 is the industry standard and performs perfectly. However, if your process involves highly corrosive chemicals, heavy salt concentrations (like seafood processing), or highly acidic environments, we strongly recommend upgrading to SUS316L for maximum corrosion resistance.
Q1. Are you a trader or direct factory?
We are a direct manufacturing factory with over 20 years of expertise in high-end industrial rollers, casters and material handling solutions. Our facility operates with ISO-certified quality management systems, allowing us to maintain full control over production cycles and quality standards. Throughout two decades of growth, we have established deep, long-term strategic partnerships with several listed companies and global automation leaders, proving our reliability as a high-tier industrial supplier.
Q2. What are your main products?
