Working Principle

As the conveyor belt moves over the magnetic head pulley, bulk material is carried to the discharge point:

1. Non-magnetic materials follow the natural trajectory and fall freely
2. Ferrous materials are attracted by the magnetic field and remain attached to the belt surface
3. As the belt continues to rotate away from the magnetic zone, ferrous materials are released and collected separately

This continuous process enables automatic separation without additional energy consumption.
