Custom Ryobi 520 Printing Rubber Roller

Product Overview:
AstraRoll manufactures direct-fit replacement rubber rollers for Ryobi 520, 522, and 524 offset presses. Covering ink form, distributor, ductor, and dampening positions, each roller is CNC-ground to RA0.8, ensuring uniform nip pressure and consistent ink/water transfer.
We use premium NBR (Nitrile) as standard, with PU or Silicone available for specific solvent requirements. Hardness is strictly matched to the station—30–35 Shore A for ink rollers and 25–30 Shore A for water rollers. All dimensions are custom-machined to your exact OEM drawing or physical sample.

Compound & Hardness
- Standard Compound: Premium NBR (Nitrile) for conventional inks.
- Optional Compounds: PU (Polyurethane) for enhanced solvent/abrasion resistance; Silicone for specialized release.
- Ink Form Rollers: 30–35 Shore A (optimal film splitting and shear resistance).
- Dampening Rollers: 25–30 Shore A (softer compound for effective water transfer).
Core & Finish
Core Material: Steel / Aluminum
Surface Finish: Precision ground to RA0.8 (reduces glaze formation and ensures uniform ink transfer).
Runout: ≤0.02mm
Dynamic Balancing: Verified for high-speed operation.
Application Industrial
Ryobi 520 / 522 / 524 Presses: Full-set replacement for worn, glazed, or swollen rollers.
Commercial Offset Printing: Consistent ink transfer for high-quality short to medium runs.
Label & Packaging Printing: Durable NBR compound for repeated production cycles.
Solvent & Specialty Ink Systems: PU compound offers enhanced resistance where standard NBR may swell.
Why Choose AstraRoll’s Ryobi 520 Rubber Rollers?
Station-Specific Hardness: We do not use generic sizing or hardness. Ink form rollers are strictly 30–35 Shore A, while water rollers are 25–30 Shore A, ensuring correct ink film splitting and water control without premature degradation.
Zero-Error Custom Machining: While we provide standard reference dimensions (e.g., 49mm, 47mm ink rollers), every order is custom-machined to your exact OEM drawing or physical sample. We guarantee a true drop-in fit without shimming.
Precision Surface Finish (RA0.8): Ground to RA0.8 ensures uniform ink/water film transfer, reduces glaze formation, and extends the service life of the roller.
Factory-Direct Supply: Manufactured with strict dimensional inspection. Custom compounds and dimension verification against customer samples are available on request.
