AstraRoll’s OEM Customized High Precision Cathode Roller is the core deposition component of the electrolytic copper foil foil-forming machine. During operation, copper ions from the electrolyte deposit onto the rotating cathode drum surface to form continuous copper foil. The surface microstructure and geometric accuracy of the drum directly govern foil nucleation, thickness uniformity, and surface quality.

As shown in the product images, this assembly consists of a TA1 titanium working drum, precision T2 copper conductive shafts for high current transfer, and a structural support frame. The final dimensions—including drum diameter, face width, copper shaft diameter/interface, and frame mounting hole spacing—are prepared strictly according to the customer's equipment drawings or process specifications.
