What is your sample policy for new clients?

We understand the importance of technical validation. We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock. However, please note that customers are responsible for the sample cost and the courier/shipping charges. For customized components requiring specific molds or materials, a prototyping fee may apply, which can be credited towards your subsequent bulk order.
