Core Material: Precision-machined SUS304 (06Cr19Ni10) stainless steel. This high-grade substrate ensures exceptional corrosion resistance and structural stability under intense heat, preventing any thermal deformation during long-term operation.

Advanced Coating Technology: A proprietary High-Temperature Silicone Rubber compound.

  • Hardness: Optimized at 50~60 Shore A to balance flexibility with wear resistance.
  • Thermal Stability: Formulated for continuous service at temperatures ≥350°C, preventing carbonization or delamination—common failure points in standard rollers.

Precision Machining: To meet the stringent H7 (+0.025/0) tolerance and 0.02mm concentricity required by the design, AstraRoll utilized advanced CNC grinding processes. This ensures a perfect bearing fit and minimizes vibration during high-speed conveying.
