To guarantee the ± 0.01mm tolerances achieved in our CNC workshops, every batch of rollers and components must pass through our rigorous Quality Control Lab. We invest in world-class metrology equipment to ensure 100% dimensional accuracy and structural integrity before any product leaves our facility.

Advanced Metrology Equipment

Our dedicated QC team utilizes a comprehensive suite of high-precision inspection tools, including:

Mitutoyo Digital Micrometers: Japan’s premier measurement tools, utilized for strictly verifying the outer diameter (OD) and concentricity of our roller cores.

Swiss Trimos V3 Digital Height Gauge: An industry-leading instrument used on a precision granite surface plate to verify exact vertical dimensions, hole placements, and complex geometries with sub-micron repeatability.
 

Video Measuring Machine (VMM): A non-contact optical inspection system. It allows us to accurately measure the 2D profiles of complex machined parts, such as caster brackets and customized bearing housings, ensuring they perfectly match your CAD designs.
 

Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges: Essential for our coated rollers, this tool non-destructively verifies the exact thickness of steel tubes and the uniform application of our Polyurethane (PU) or rubber coatings.
 

Precision Dial Calipers: Deployed for standard, rapid verification of internal and external dimensions during the in-process inspection phases.
