Custom High Tensile Steel Cord Rubber Conveyor Belt

Product Overview:
AstraRoll's Custom High Tensile Steel Cord Rubber Conveyor Belt is engineered for long distance, heavy load, and high-speed material transportation in mining, ports, steel mills, and power plants. The belt uses a longitudinally arranged steel cord carcass embedded in rubber, providing ultra-high tensile strength from ST630 to ST5400 N/mm and minimal elongation during operation.
Unlike EP fabric belts that deform and overstretch under high tension, steel cord belts maintain dimensional stability and require only a very short take-up stroke distance. The zinc-coated steel cords ensure high adhesion between rubber and cord, resisting shock and preventing cord drop. The belt body has no transverse skeleton, allowing easy deep trough formation for higher material loading and spillage prevention. X-ray inspection of the steel cord skeleton is supported for preventive maintenance. Custom widths, cover thicknesses, and rubber grades are available. AstraRoll provides one-stop supply, strict quality control, and long-term technical support.

Custom High Tensile Steel Cord Rubber Conveyor Belt Details
AstraRoll's Custom High Tensile Steel Cord Rubber Conveyor Belt is designed for long-distance, heavy-load, high-speed material transport in mining, ports, steel mills, power plants, and chemical industries. Its longitudinally arranged steel cord carcass, embedded in rubber, delivers tensile strength from ST630 to ST5400 N/mm with minimal elongation.
Unlike EP fabric belts, it maintains dimensional stability under high tension and requires only short take-up travel, making it suitable for large-span, long-distance conveying. Zinc-coated cords and a high-adhesion rubber compound ensure strong bonding, shock resistance, and resistance to cord drop. The absence of a transverse skeleton permits deep troughing, increasing load capacity and preventing spillage. X-ray inspection of the steel cord skeleton supports preventive maintenance and early damage detection. Custom widths, cover thicknesses, tensile grades, and rubber compounds are available to match specific conveyor systems and material characteristics.

Why Choose AstraRoll's Custom High Tensile Steel Cord Rubber Conveyor Belt?
Ultra-High Tensile Strength & Low Elongation: The steel cord carcass provides tensile strength from ST630 to ST5400 N/mm, suitable for large span and long-distance transportation. The belt requires only a very short take-up stroke distance, reducing maintenance and adjustment frequency.
High Adhesion & Shock Resistance: Zinc-coated steel cords and specially formulated rubber compound ensure high adhesion between rubber and cord. The belt is resistant to shock and cord drop, extending service life in demanding high-impact applications.
Small Drive Pulley Diameter: The longitudinally arranged steel cord skeleton provides resistance to flex fatigue, allowing the use of smaller diameter drive pulleys and reducing equipment size.
Excellent Troughability: The belt body has no transverse skeleton, making it easy to form a deep trough for higher material loading and spillage prevention. Even tension of steel cords ensures balanced running and prevents belt deviation.
X-Ray Inspectable: Users can use X-rays to inspect damage to the skeleton steel cords on the conveyor, preventing accidents and enabling preventive maintenance.
Customizable Configuration: Tensile grade, belt width, cover thickness, steel cord diameter, cord pitch, and rubber compound are fully customizable to match specific conveyor systems and material characteristics. AstraRoll provides one-stop supply, strict quality control from raw material to finished product, and long-term technical support to reduce downtime and total cost of ownership.
Complete Conveyor System Supply: In addition to steel cord conveyor belts, AstraRoll supplies complete belt conveyor systems and components including idler rollers, drive pulleys, bend pulleys, and take-up pulleys for mining, quarrying, cement, coal, and bulk material handling.
