Custom White Food Grade PVC Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belt

Product Overview:
AstraRoll’s Custom White Food Grade PU/PVC Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belt is engineered for hygienic inclined conveying in fruit and vegetable sorting, bakery, egg grading, and meat processing lines. The belt shown features T-type straight cleats combined with corrugated sidewalls, forming open-top pockets that prevent delicate products from rolling back during steep elevation.
Manufactured from FDA-compliant, non-toxic white PU or PVC, the belt provides excellent visual contrast for HACCP inspection. The non-porous surface is oil-resistant, odorless, and easy to wash down. Cleats and sidewalls are joined to the polyester base belt via high-frequency welding, ensuring a delamination-resistant bond under repeated flexing. Custom sidewall heights (20–100mm), cleat pitches, and belt widths are available. AstraRoll provides one-stop supply, strict quality control, and long-term technical support.

Custom White Food Grade PVC Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belt Details
AstraRoll’s Custom White Food Grade PU/PVC Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belt is engineered for inclined and vertical conveying of loose, granular and delicate food products. The belt consists of a food-grade white base belt, corrugated sidewalls, and transverse cleats (the image shows T-type straight cleats). The sidewalls prevent lateral spillage, while the cleats support the product and prevent rollback, enabling reliable conveying at angles up to 90°.
The base belt uses FDA-compliant white PU or PVC with polyester fabric plies. The white color provides high visual contrast against most food products, supporting foreign-object detection. The surface is non-toxic, odorless and non-porous, resisting oil, fat and common cleaning agents, allowing rapid washdown. Sidewalls and cleats are joined to the base belt using high-frequency welding, forming a continuous, delamination-resistant structure.
Cleat types are selected strictly according to the incline angle: C-type for gentle inclines (≤40°), and T-type (straight) or TC-type for steep and vertical lifting (40°–90°). The product shown in the images is the T-type straight cleat configuration.
