Product Overview

AstraRoll's Custom Truck Loading Telescopic Belt Conveyor System is engineered for fast, ergonomic loading and unloading of trucks, containers, and vans. By integrating a high-friction PVC belt with a telescopic steel frame and steel rim casters, the system extends directly into the vehicle, allowing operators to load and unload goods with minimal manual handling and reduced fatigue.

The conveyor features a 1-layer adjustable speed drive, reversible controls at both ends, and a powder-coated steel chassis for durability. It is suitable for cartons, woven bags, packages, luggage, tires, and plastic boxes/drums, with a uniform load capacity of 50kg/m and a maximum load of 125kg.The telescopic design allows the conveyor to be extended and retracted freely, adapting to different vehicle depths and loading positions. With a reach of up to 10 meters inside the vehicle, it significantly reduces loading time and labor cost.
