Custom Carbon Steel Impact Idler Roller Brackets

Product Overview:
AstraRoll’s Custom Carbon Steel Impact Idler Roller Brackets are engineered as the structural support for impact idler rollers at conveyor loading and transfer points. The bracket holds the shock-absorbing rollers in place directly under the material drop zone, keeping them at the correct height and angle so the belt does not sag excessively or get pinched between the roller and the frame.
Manufactured from Q235 carbon steel with angle steel and channel steel main beams, folded steel plate side plates, and reinforced base plates, this bracket is built for continuous operation in hard-rock mines, quarry crushing circuits, coal preparation plants, and cement clinker lines. Custom belt widths, roller mounting positions, and trough angles are available. Matching impact idler rollers can be supplied together. AstraRoll provides one-stop supply, strict quality control, and long-term technical support.
Industry Applications: Industry, Logistics Conveyor Systems, Mining

Custom Carbon Steel Impact Idler Roller Brackets Details
AstraRoll’s Custom Carbon Steel Impact Idler Roller Brackets provide structural support for impact idler rollers at conveyor loading and transfer points. Positioned under the material drop zone, they hold the rollers at the correct height and angle to prevent belt sagging or pinching. Also called impact idler frames or buffer roller brackets, they are used in hard-rock mines, quarry crushing circuits, coal preparation plants, and cement clinker lines, where they absorb impact from large lumps and protect the belt and rollers.
Fabricated from Q235 carbon steel (ST37/DIN), each bracket uses angle and channel steel for the main beam and uprights, folded steel plate for side plates and mounting flanges, and reinforced base plates. Critical in high-shock zones, wall thickness and weld quality are strictly controlled. Each unit includes a cross beam, two or three roller mounting positions, and bolt holes aligned with the conveyor stringer. Matching impact idler rollers with deep groove ball bearings and multi-stage labyrinth seals are available.

Why Choose AstraRoll’s Custom Carbon Steel Impact Idler Roller Brackets?
Heavy-Duty Carbon Steel Construction: Q235 carbon steel frame with angle steel and channel steel main beams, folded steel plate side plates, and reinforced base plates provides structural strength and load-bearing capacity for continuous operation in high-impact environments. The bracket absorbs vibration, spreads the load across the conveyor structure, and protects both the belt and idler rollers from premature damage.
Precision Welding & Reinforced Base: Because the bracket sits in a high-shock zone, wall thickness and weld quality are critical. Each unit is precision-welded and includes a cross beam that spans the conveyor width, two or three mounting positions for the impact rollers, and bolt holes that align with the conveyor stringer.
Customizable Configuration: Steel plate thickness, main beam type, trough angle, belt width, mounting positions, and surface treatment are fully customizable to match specific conveyor systems and material characteristics. Matching impact idler rollers with deep groove ball bearings and multi-stage labyrinth seals can be supplied together.
One-Stop Supply & Long-Term Support: AstraRoll provides one-stop supply, strict quality control from raw material to finished product, and long-term technical support to reduce downtime and total cost of ownership. In addition to impact idler brackets, AstraRoll supplies complete belt conveyor systems and components including idler rollers, drive pulleys, bend pulleys, and take-up pulleys for mining, quarrying, cement, coal, and bulk material handling.
