The idler roller is a critical component of any belt conveyor system, supporting the belt and the material load while minimizing friction and belt wear.

The roller is fabricated from Q235 carbon steel tube (equivalent to S235JR / DIN) with a red-painted anti-rust finish that resists corrosion, moisture and abrasive wear. The tube ends are fitted with precision stamped bearing housings that hold deep groove ball bearings with C3 clearance, ensuring smooth rotation, low noise and minimal rotational resistance under continuous operation.

Each bearing housing is protected by a multi-stage labyrinth seal. The labyrinth seal uses interleaved annular projections to form a tortuous path that blocks dust, water and fine particles from entering the bearing area. This sealing system maintains lubrication integrity and extends bearing life in dusty and humid environments, reducing maintenance frequency and downtime.

The shaft is machined from 45# steel (equivalent to C45 / DIN) with milled flats at both ends for positive locking into the conveyor idler frame.
