Custom V Pattern Chevron Rubber Conveyor Belt

AstraRoll’s Custom V Pattern Chevron Rubber Conveyor Belt is engineered for inclined conveying of loose, bulky and bagged materials at angles up to 40°, depending on material characteristics and cleat height. Its integrally moulded V-shaped cleats form a secure pocket that prevents material rollback and spillage on slopes, increasing conveying capacity and reducing material loss compared with smooth-surface belts. The belt is available in open V and closed V patterns: open V cleats allow material flow across the belt width for general inclined conveying, while closed V cleats form a continuous pocket for higher material retention on steeper inclines and finer materials. Cleat heights range from 5mm to 25mm, with 30mm available on request; pitch and angle are designed for smooth travel over return idlers.

The fabric carcass is available in EP (polyester-polyamide), NN (nylon-nylon) or CC (cotton canvas) construction. EP fabric provides low elongation and high tensile strength, NN fabric offers excellent impact resistance and flexibility, and CC fabric is suitable for general-purpose applications. The carcass is available in EP100 to EP500 tensile grades with 2 to 5 plies depending on tensile grade and application. The wear-resistant rubber cover is compounded to resist abrasion, cutting and gouging from sand, stone, coal and other abrasive materials. The belt is manufactured to DIN 22102 and GB/T 7984 standards, ensuring dimensional consistency and reliable performance across different production batches.
