Product Overview

AstraRoll's Custom Truck Loading and Unloading Roller Conveyor System is engineered for fast, ergonomic loading and unloading of trucks, containers, and vans. The system consists of a motorized inclined belt conveyor and a motorized flexible roller conveyor. The front end is a lifting inclined belt conveyor, and products are transported to the rear flexible roller conveyor via the belt. This integrated design allows operators to move goods directly into the vehicle without walking deep into the container.

The conveyor features reversible controls at either end, allowing operation from within the vehicle or the warehouse floor. The height is easily adjustable using a manual hydraulic hand pump, with an optional electric pump for added convenience. The flexible tongue lifts and extends to reach target goods inside containers, adapting to different vehicle depths and loading positions.

Manufactured with a heavy gauge mild steel chassis, pressed steel slider beds, and a powder-coated finish, the conveyor is rated at 50kg/m uniformly distributed load and reaches a maximum load of 125kg. It handles cartons, woven bags, packages, luggage, tires, and plastic boxes/drums with ease.
