It is typically used in groups of three with a trough bracket to form a 20°, 35°, or 45° trough profile that cradles the conveyor belt, preventing material spillage and maintaining stable belt tracking.

Manufactured with Q235 carbon steel tubes and 45# steel shafts, the idler is equipped with deep groove ball bearings and a multi-stage labyrinth seal that prevents dust and moisture from entering the bearing housing. The labyrinth seal uses interleaved annular projections to form a tortuous path that blocks contaminant ingress, extending bearing life in dusty and humid environments.
